- Compact, narrow section gauging probe with metal grating. Easy to
install. Withstands harsh operating environment. DIGITAL measuring system
with combined A/B phase output signal.
-
- Gauge series includes: 5.2mm (DG805), 10mm (DG810), 25mm (DG25) 50mm
(DG50BP/BN), 100mm (DG100BP/BN) ,155mm (DG155BP), 205mm (DG205BP).
-
- Sony introduced a new small integral interface which provides EIA-422
standard, A/B line driver outputs for direct interfacing to a customer's
own control, counter unit or PC counter card. This small inexpensive
interface replaces the Sony MD10 detector card to offer cost savings
and mounting advantages. The interface itself measures 125 x 38 x 28mm
and can be supplied for 5 or 24V DC supply with the output signal switched
selectable to provide 0.5µm resolution.
-
- The Sony DG probe series includes slim 8mm diameter probes with 10mm
travel and 20mm diameter probes up to 50mm travel, all with +/- 1µm
accuracy. The range itself offers measuring strokes from 5mm up to 205mm
with some models offering oil sealing to provide IP64 equivalent protection
and alternative light pressure gauges for sensitive surfaces.
-
- The Sony Magnescale principle is used in the detection method for
the DG series. Both methods provide high precision, high grade magnetic
signals and are resistant to dust, dirt, coolants and oil, thus providing
a reliable measuring method even in the harshest condition.
-
- Sony digital gauging probes are ideal for in-process measuring, where
the probes is incorporated into the machine and inspection line as well
post-process measuring where the inspection measurement tasks are performed
or as part of a manual operation.
